Agnieszka Wachowska

Legal counsel, Co-Managing Partner at Traple Konarski Podrecki & Partners. She has several years of experience in handling IT projects. At Traple Konarski Podrecki and Partners, she participates in the TMT practice, heading the IT-Tech Law and Public Procurement team. Since the beginning of her legal career, she has been advising IT sector entities, including public entities, on issues related to IT law, public procurement of IT supplies and services, as well as cyber security and copyright law. Expert of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT) in the area of ICT law. She is involved in the work of working groups, operating at the President of the Public Procurement Office. Agnieszka participated (as a PIIT representative) in the development of new recommendations on public procurement of IT systems. Founding member of the New Technologies Law Association, where she sits on the presidium of the IT working group. Chairperson of the LegalTech Committee at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. Member of the international association ITech Law. Lecturer at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw, and at the postgraduate programme “Law of New Technologies” at the Polish Academy of Sciences, and at the Silesian Centre for Law Engineering, Technology and Digital Competence CYBER SCIENCE. Agnieszka has been individually recognised in the prestigious TMT legal rankings: Chambers and Partners (Band 4) and Legal 500 (as Next Generation Partner).
